Served from bottle into a tumbler glass. Bought and drank in Brussels. ~6 month old bottle, so quite fresh.
A: Small head, quickly faded away. Burnt golden color.
S: Sweet grapes, apricots/peaches. A hint of sourness, and maybe just a little funk.
T: Grape and apricot juice-like. Very sour and very fruity. Not much funk, if any.
M: Low carbonation, lots of acidity.
O: I think it's actually more apricot-like than grape-like. Delicious, either way. Note that if you get an older bottle (and you probably will), it will probably have a lot more funk and at least a bit less fruitiness.
