A: Very appealing golden orange color with great clarity. No signs of carbonation, as one expects from straight lambic.
S: Pure classic Cantillon. Bright lemony sharpness and funky barnyard and hay
T: Funk, funk, and more funk. Not super sour, but tart and strongly minerally with an astringency that grows and a little more bitterness than I'd expect.
M: Somewhat thin which, when combined with being uncarbonated, ends up feeling like something is a bit lacking. Finishes with a ton of mouth-scraping astringency.
O: This is pretty interesting to have tried, and grows on me a little bit, but I think that overall it's not for me. I'll probably stick with gueuze.
