Pours a lighter gold with lots of bubbles and a small wispy head.
Smells like ripe peaches with some barnyard funk going on as well.
Very light and crisp taste. Lots of smooth peach flavors balanced nicely by the yeast. Finishes with a slight tartness. Fantastic.
Light bodied with higher carbonation levels.
Been wanting to get one of these for a while and was not disappointed. One of the better ones I've had.

On-Tap at Northdown Cafe in Chicago
Served in a 10oz snifter
A - Light golden straw color with a little bit of opacity / murkyness. About 2" of Soft fluffy white head
S - Funkyness, a little barnyard, apricot and a nice citrus acidity
T - Nice sour acidity, not too sour though. The fruit is not overpowering, its subtle but nice. Not as amazing as I was let on to believe, although very good.
M - As expected for a lambic, pleasantly fruity, but slightly dry, nicely carbonated.
Overall - I'm very glad to have had the opportunity to try this on tap. This is a world class beer, but I am surprised at how closely this compares to other American sours I have had. I do think this beer is slightly over-hyped after trying it, there are many American Wilds that rival this that aren't in the top 50 IMHO.
