A: Coppery orange and honey like in color with a general haziness throughout. Little head but an aggressive pour yielded some nice foamy bubbles that quickly receded to a ring of snow white foam around the edges.
S: The smell of bready cereal malts and mellow apricot dominate the nose. Somewhat floral and hay like with a demure presence of oak and barnyard funk. The mellow aroma of ripened apricots dominates this beer and so it should.
T: Light acidity tickles the tongue at first then opens up into a complex layering of floral, cereal malt breadiness, barnyard funk, tartness, vanilla oakiness and massive apricot fruitiness
M: Well carbonated; prickly and crisp but light bodied. Finishes tart, but clean and dry.
O: This is an amazing fruit beer and one that incorporates a rather mild fruit very well. Light, crisp, flavorful and aromatic. I wish I could get this more readily.

On-Tap at Northdown Cafe in Chicago
Served in a 10oz snifter
A - Light golden straw color with a little bit of opacity / murkyness. About 2" of Soft fluffy white head
S - Funkyness, a little barnyard, apricot and a nice citrus acidity
T - Nice sour acidity, not too sour though. The fruit is not overpowering, its subtle but nice. Not as amazing as I was let on to believe, although very good.
M - As expected for a lambic, pleasantly fruity, but slightly dry, nicely carbonated.
Overall - I'm very glad to have had the opportunity to try this on tap. This is a world class beer, but I am surprised at how closely this compares to other American sours I have had. I do think this beer is slightly over-hyped after trying it, there are many American Wilds that rival this that aren't in the top 50 IMHO.
