Poured into a pint glass. Thanks, for sharing, Lucky town.

A: A hazy orange with an off-white, one-finger head that lingers. Thick lacing.

S: Light and fresh. Apricots dominate with a white wine ambiance. Belgian funk.

T: Tart and heavenly. A lovely apricot hue slides in with white wine and vanilla in the background. One of those taste bud orgasms. A bit of oakiness and Belgian funk.

M: Light to medium with medium, creamy carbonation.

O: I'm lucky to have walked up on this tasting. Luckier, still, to get to try a few sips of this terrific lambic. One of my beer bucket list moments.

Bottle shared last night at Umberto's tasting. '14 vintage.

This one pours light orange, with a 1.5 inch head, and a little bit of lacing.

Smells like the freshest, ripest apricots, with some funk, oak, and a slight hint of vinegar.

This tastes like biting into a tart apricot cloud. It's so light, and heavy at the same time- huge tart apricot flavor up front, with a highly carbonated but creamy finish, big white wine barrel character, and a nice funky and earthy character, along with some mild oaky vanilla. This is fantastic.

This has an amazing light airy mouthfeel, almost like drinking a cloud, as I said above. The carbonation is high. The beer is incredibly drinkable, but you've gotta savor every sip of it.

This is the best sour I've ever had. It's a fantastic achievement.
