A: It looks like cloudy lemonade to me with a solid cloudiness. Liquid honey.
S: Bouquet of flowers, pears and apples, orchard flowers.
T: Follows the nose in complexity of fruits, especially pears and apples, as well as orchard flowers.
M: Medium Body, medium low carbonation. Very dry.
O: Dry, complex and awesome quality. Drank this one on site at Cantillon. Was an awesome experience!

On tap at Northdown in Chicago for their annual wildlife sanctuary benefit.
A: Pours a really beautiful cloudy gold with two fingers of soapy head that fades into a beautiful cap.
S: A balance of funk and sourness, some dry apricot, some lemon zestiness, some vinegar.
T: Bitter, dry apricot, white grape, sour, barnyard-ish funk... almost like wet farm grass.
M: Light with high, fizzy carbonation.
O: Glad to have had the opportunity to try this, but not worth vigilantly seeking out, in my opinion. I'm with the bros on this one: a very good beer, but not mindblowing by any means.

Cork literally pulled apart on exit...kinda strange. Initial pour appearance is excellent. Great clarity with four-finger white foamy/snappy soap voluminous head. Brew is nice peach color with tint of orange and yellow.
Aroma is funky, ripe stringy, lacy, full of peach, apricot, apple, not much tartness on the nose. Well done aroma for being to barnyard and funky.
Flavors are light vinegar, nice light smooth sweetness is well blended with strong earthy pine dry bitterness. Full of horse blanket and barnyard earth... Carbonation is much lighter than expected and much appreciated.
IMO, this is a bit of an over-hyped brew, but it's still very nice and enjoyable. It's a damn fine, highly drinkable, earthy sour, just a bit over hyped... Very solid, I just don't believe it's tops in class, but definitely a top 10-15 brew for it's class. Recommended, yes, even @ $30/750/ml
