A: Beautiful golden orange. Doesn't pour with much of a head. A thin white layer rests on the top.
S: Can smell this over a foot away from me right now. Classic old lambic aromas; musky; tart; orange peel;
T/M: Similar musky, lambic taste. Quite tart. This one isn't for the faint of heart. Vinous like qualities. Mouthfeel is bone dry and a nice carbonation leaves things refreshed.
D: Nice but super tartness makes it tough to drink a ton.
Overall a very nice old lambic. Expensive, as all of these are, but worth it from time to time.
