Bottle dated 27 October 2009. Pours a clear deep light red with an off-white head. Good initial head presence but dissipates quickly to only linger around the edge.
Aroma is tart, sour, unripe red grapes, vinegar, acidic.
Moderate tart sourness upfront, vinegar acidity. Follows through to the finish. Merlot grape fruitiness gives the finish some red wine characteristics. Slight sweetness.
Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Bubbly crisp finish that is slightly dry.
Nice moderate level of acidic sourness. Merlot grapes add a unique finishing touch.
