Poured into my .5L Zywiec glass.
Nice amber oktoberfest color. Nice head that recedes and unfortunately leaves very little lacing.
Malty, sweet nose. Hint of alcohol.
More malt on the palate. Sweet, with a nice round of hop bitterness to keep it in check. Little bit of alcohol showing itself.
Good mouthfeel. The germans know how to carbonate a beer. Beer is medium thick. Nice coating on the mouth. Good to have from a lager.
Overall this is one of the better oktoberfests that I have had, and this isn't a style I normally get hard over. Will definitely seek this out again.
