Not sure why I hadn't reviewed this in the past.
A - Pours a dark caramel color with a towering off-white head. Retention is solid and there is some beautiful soapy lacing along the side of the glass. When held up to the light, beer is crystal clear which allows you to see the carbonation dancing to the top.
S - Fresh baked bread, caramel malt, and some slight metallic tinges.
T - Sweet upfront as the caramel malt moves through. A more bread-like flavor comes through next and the malt comes back around in the finish. Very clean and malt is very distinctive.
M - Low to medium carbonation makes for a somewhat thin body.
D - Very drinkable and this is preferable to some of its peers.
