A- Copper with a decent head that falls fairly quickly.
S- Very sweet, caramel like, with a touch of what, to me, seems to be some toasted malt.
T- Very sweet and malty, full bodied, and I can almost detect the slightest hint of hops on the finish. There's one or two flavor notes I can't quite place my finger on....Maybe fig or date? Honey? I would liken it to a sweet bread.
M- Full bodied, but refreshing.
O- A great beer to have on hand, but maybe not the best for a hop head, since there are almost no hops. Still, definitely worth trying, and it's one I'll probably have again.
