Poured out of 500 ml bottle into my Cheers drinking mug.
A) Nice amber with two fingers worth of white foamy head. The head dissipates to a nice dusting. There was decent lacing.
S) Lightly toasted grains and malt, mild hops aroma, slight sweetness.
T) Really nice malt character, bit of grass. A slight bitterness melts into a very pleasing mellow sweetness at the finish.
M) Medium body with a decent amount of carbonation. This beer feels pure. It is very smooth and has a very nice aftertaste.
O) Top notch Oktoberfest right here. A great session beer for the fall. I paired it with cheddar cheese, crackers, and playoff baseball. Perfect...

this pops out of the bottle like a 16 year old popping a broad for the first time, golden brown with an amber hue, the head fades quickly, lots of carbonation keeps what little head there is alive, lacing is spotty, the brew is pretty clear, an average looking brew
strong brown honey musty note, herbal hops with some biscuit notes on the end, distant lemon notes enter the fray, mostly you get the malt as the dominate player here, bad
much like the nose this is sweet malt forward, pretty hefty weight wise, the carbonation is prickly (I would actually like a smidge more bite here), the hops have a slight bittering but mostly herbal almost slightly medicinal flavor to them, nothing great, nothing offensive
ok, nothing special, well crafted but decidedly mild
