A: Orange-yellow hue but very clear. Great white thick head that dissipates quickly with some lacing.
S: Malty and crisp. Some yeast in there as well. Smells like a beer you'd expect spilled all over the place at an Oktoberfest... which is awesome.
T: Just balanced, balanced, balanced. It's malty as a marzen should be, but it has a balanced bitterness to it that keeps it in check. Breadiness, caramel, citrus, raw malt flavor.
M: Carbonated very well, maybe a bit too much so for my tastes. Feels light, very drinkable.
O: This is just a great beer that can be drunk in excess (and is!). I want to combine the taste of this with the mouthfeel of Paulaner's marzen. It vould be the greatest beer in all ze vorld!
