A- Bronze copper color. Beautiful tight beady off white head with a dollop of fat bubbles slightly off center.
S-Very clean. Malts shine through with slightly herbal hops in the background. A shredded paper smell comes to my mind which may sound weird but to my nose indicates a clean well brewed lager.
T-A pleasent nutty caramel sweetness dominates but is not too sweet by any means. The herbal hops are just there to balance this out nicely.
M.F.-Perfect carbonation, a well rounded mouthfeel. Not chewy, not light.
D- They need to make this in 6 packs and available year round. I will pick this up again.
