Appearance -Pours a light, crystal clear amber color with a white, two finger head. Very little head retention, and no lacing. Continues to effervesce for quite some time.
Smell-Smells of sweet, toasty malt with some breadiness and a hint of corn.
Taste- Mildly sweet malt notes with some nice malt sweetness that is well balanced by the bittering hops. Some hints of honey in the background with a very slight harsh aftertaste.
Mouthfeel -Medium bodied withaverage carbonation.
D-Not bad on drinkability. Not one of Ayinger's better beers tho.
