500 ml bottle poured into a weizen glass.
A - Big pillowy white head sits atop a very cloudy light golden beer. Head receeds to a small cap of foam.
S - Great helping of banana esters, some lemony citrus notes blend in. Mild spicy phenolics.
T - Creamy feel to it. There is nice, lightly malted wheat character early on. Has a spicy little finish to it alongside a touch of alcohol.
M - Smooth and creamy, Medium to medium-full bodied. Moderate carbonation. Semi-sweet.
O - Like a big brother to a hefeweizen. This beer stayed clear of any caramely/roasted malts like you are likely to find in a dunkel. Modest on alcohol. Very drinkable (deceiving).
