Poured on draft at The Mint Gastropub in Bethlehem, Pa
Pours a very dark, viscous beer with a tan colored head that dissipates slowly. Much lacing around the glass as I sip. It's quite impressive lacing, some of the best I've seen in a stout. Very little aroma present. I smell a subtle sweet roastiness from the malt but not much else. Tastes slightly sweet up front and finishes dry with a slight, pleasant, bitterness. Quite drinkable at 6.5% abv. Would definitely recommend trying since this is most likely a one and done brew from the series.
Cheers!

Appearance is dark brown with a half finger of tan head that dissipates quickly.
The nose and flavor profile are a typical blend of dark malt and roasted bitterness. The body is adequate for a standard stout. This offering is good, but there is nothing here to get excited about.
