10 oz serving on tap at sabatini's beer bar this past Saturday.
Looks superb in the small goblet. Black body with a nice tan head leaving good lacing.
Aroma is strongly of raspberries.
....as is the taste. It claims to have cocoa, but I couldn't detect any. The base stout is a little lost as well, so it comes off as more of a fruit beer than a stout. But since I enjoy raspberry, I'm enjoying this one
Mouth is close to full, finish is tart raspberry.
Well, it's a bit one dimensional, but pleasing to this palate. If you don't care for raspberry, you should likely pass on this one .Also, it comes off as higher than the 8.0abv listed.

Weyerbacher Raspberry Imperial Stout, 8% ABV. Pours black with a 1.57 finger tan head that left no lacing. Nose is raspberry, taste follows, plus cocoa, a bit tart, very light bitter close. Excellent mouthfeel, overall excellent.

First off, not sure why this beer is under the style of "fruit/vegetable beer" when it's a stout. But alright.
Corked 750 ml bottled 4/6/17 enjoying on 3/18/18
Didn't even have to press down on the cork opener. As soon as I got a few turns in and some pressure it came right out. Never had that before.
The beer is pitch black with a caramel colored crown. The crown is leaving a clearing on one side of the beer while it is bubbling up and all the bubbles are staying to the other side. Like it's fading to one side. Can hear the bubbles popping furiously as they dissipate.
The raspberries are huge in the smell with some alcohol burn and slight cocoa playing in the background.
The taste hits you with the raspberry right off the bat and then quickly turns to the cocoa while going through as the raspberry stays on the lips. Like a chocolate covered raspberry.
The mouthfeel of this is medium bodied I would say for the style. But a nice medium dry finish. Not wet but not dry, good for the style. I would say it's a LITTLE undercarbonated, but not too much.
Overall, this was a good stout that was a nice change of pace. I would definitely drink again.

Pours a thin, dark black with a quickly fading beige head. HUGE raspberry aroma. Like sticking your nose in a jar of raspberry jam. Amazing. Fairly full bodied considering 8%abv and how thin it looked when pouring. The carbonation gives it a big, creamy feel. Loads of raspberry dominate the taste, some chocolate makes its way through the raspberry. There is some tartness on the finish. Overall this is a really great beer, wish I bought a few of them.

Stamped in blue on the neck "Packaged 04/06/2017."
This was poured into a snifter.
The appearance was a thick black color with a super quickly dissipating foamy to semi-fizzy head. No lace throughout all of the pours I made.
The aroma had a sickening awesome blend of sweet and tart red raspberry flowing into sweet and bitter cocoa powder to milk chocolate thick components. Light coffee sweetness. Ever so slight whiff of sour fruitiness.
The flavor was practically perfect between sweet, tart, and roastiness flowing on in between each other and yet coming back for just an absolutely authentic stellar taste. Nice aftertaste of some sticky red raspberries penetrating the milk chocolate with just a touch of dark chocolate.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a superb sipping quality about it. Moderate yet not overly harsh "feels" of an ever so slight "sour" tickle from the red raspberries developed a keen and acceptable stickiness. Carbonation felt spot on and the ABV felt as projected.
Overall, though it says "fruit beer" on here, I rated it as an imperial stout and well, it came out very to my standards and with a "Weyerbacher" creativity that was more than welcoming.

Completely black in color, light amount of carbonation but didn't feel thin. Aroma is roasted malt, raspberry candy, and milk chocolate. Taste is identical, really smooth, not bitter at all but not sickly sweet. The raspberry is blended perfectly into a really nice stout and the milk chocolate comes out much stronger in the taste than the aroma. A very enjoyable beer that I will look to pick up a few bottles of again if I can find it

Poured from a 22oz bottle into pint glass in July 2017. There was a bottled on date of April 6, 2017, and I drank it about 1 week after purchase.
Appearance: Very dark black with a thick tan/brown head. Head is thicker than some other imperial stouts, and left just a little lacing on the glass.
Smell: Strong aroma of roasted coffee, toasted malts, and berries. There is some bitter aroma like hops, and a hint of sweetness like chocolate and cocoa as well, but overall the roasted coffee and berries dominate the others. The strength of the berry aroma is interesting.
Taste: The raspberry flavor is pronounced. There is an interesting balance between the berries, roasted malts, the coffee flavors, and bitterness from hops. The chocolate and berry sweetness is more pronounced than the bitter hop flavors, but the bitterness does enhance the taste and add some complexity. There is a strong alcohol presence as with other Imperial Stout.
Mouth-feel: Very thick, but with a smooth body, that is not too creamy.
This is a nice, complex, strong Imperial Stout, and it has a variety of flavors that adds a nice complexity to the beer. Although this is a big beer, it is very smooth and really enjoyable to drink. I like this more than I thought I would, and will buy this again. It is one of the few fruit beers that I have enjoyed.
An interesting comparison is with the imperial stouts from Weyerbachers, including: Sunday Mole Stout, Sunday Morning Stout, and Tiny Stout. There is a strong relationship between these imperial stouts, with this beer adding a berry flavor.
