This beer is awesome.
This beer is all about being big; big bottle, big pour, big head, big body, and, most importantly, big taste. This beer is big.
But most importantly, it tastes great, announces it's presence with authority (not unlike Tim Robbins' character in Bull Durham) but goes down remarkably smooth. It's extremely hoppy; just the way I like it. It rivals DFH 90 Minute in quality and taste... maybe not quite there, but close.
What astounded me was the foamy head; wow! You pour this bitch of a beer and it foams right up, and then that foam sticks around. A great part of the experience, I found my first sips leaving my nose foamed up. Awesome stuff, interactive beer!
It's also another great beer in a long line of great beers from Weyerbacher.
