A: Orange A,her pour. Tiny yet creamy head with moderate lacing.
S: Sweet and Malty. Hints of pine and citrus. Still not getting the catty character people speak of when talking about Simcoe.
T: bitter all the way through. Grassy and citrusy. Honey sweet with some bread notes.
M: heavy than it appeared. Still smooth with light carbonation.

A: Pours a deep amber, with a small cream head that fades quickly.
S: Floral, piney and citrusy.
T: Pine notes predominate, subdued and not bitter. Grass and citrus as the beer warms.
M: Smooth and medium, if a little chewy.
O: A fine, balanced and very tasty beer.
