Pours a nice murky brown colour with a creamy head that has decent retention time and leaves spotty amounts of residue on the glass.
The aroma is a very nice blend of a healthy dose of banana, a hint of clove, some creamsicle and perhaps a bit of caramel here and there. Well done.
Flavour is quite similar to the aroma. Banana leads the way and there's a sweet creaminess here that's reminiscent of both the aforementioned creamsicle and a bit of the old Orange Julius drinks I would get at the mall when I was a kid. There's a malty, even slightly, slightly burnt flavour at the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a bit of hearty creaminess to it.
This is a nice brew from Weyerbacher. While I don't know that I could drink it often/consistently, I could and will certainly pick some up again. A nice example of the style for sure.
