This one needs more time in the cellar but the potential is there. Potentially a good pairing with a mild soft cheese and fruit. I'm rather excited about future pairing potential.
The golden color is stunning in a tulip. Aroma is very floral and just a tab spicy.
Taste follows the aroma. Floral, spice and citrus.
As much as I like this one, I had 4-6 ounces with some cheese. That was enough.

Drank in Oct. 2021. Pours dark caramel color. No head. Aroma is entirely brown sugar. Taste is still quite nice. Subtle taste of dark fruits, honey and rye. Feel is very thin. Maybe aged too long but definitely enjoyed it.

Bottle shared by RussianDragon. Turn back the clock.
The beer is copper orange with a small off-white head. Light haze. Aromas include apples, brown sugar, yeast, oranges, butterscotch. Sweet and syrupy with prominent honey character. Thick on the palate with low carbonation. Alcohol presence is tamed by time but the beer is still a bit of a chore. Best shared many ways.
