2010 bottle, poured into my DFH glass.
Appearance: What's this? No pop? Not a good sign. The beer pours a cloudy, ruby/grapefruit color. There's a little bit of fizz after a rough pour, but there's no real head and virtually no lacing.
Smell: Sour raspberry, a little bit of funk, and some tart. The fruitiness definitely overpowers the other characteristics in the nose.
Taste: Whoah...way more tart than I expected. Nice pucker factor, plenty of raspberry. Not sure why, but I'm really enjoying this.
Mouthfeel: Flat, but a nice medium body.
Drinkability: Not sure what to make about this one. It tastes great, but the nose is a bit underwhelming and the lack of carbonation really takes away from the beer. I've had the 2009 and really enjoyed that one, so I'll measure the drinkability as an average of the two.
