A - Nice and Dark with decent head that lasts roughly 10 minutes after the power. Lots of bubbles upon pour that explains the high carbonation feel.
S - Not a whole lot going on. Im getting very little Carmel and chocolate notes. Smell / Aroma is almost not existent for me.
T - Immediately taste the carbonation and the action it tends to make on my tongue. Some nice dark and roasty notes. The Belgian backbone is apparent but seems to get shifted to the back burner on account of the carbonation and high abv. At 12 % this one should age fairly well so Id guess it would age nicely.
M - Its almost a bit too aggressive. I like the mouth feel in terms of viscosity but its a lot going on an account of the carbonation. Kinda annoying and leaves me with dry pallet.
