Tiny is the first Belgian styled stout I have had so please keep that in mind while reading the review. This beer was awfully strange to me. It came directly after first trying B.O.R.I.S, so my palate was going haywire with new flavors, and this just further confused it. The first hit of flavor is the sweet yet animalistic Belgian yeasts which bubble onto the palate and make the beer come off as a heavier tripel. The flavor continues to mutate however as the palate then picks up on the various stout flavors the beer has to offer. Alcohol is consistent throughout the flavor profile which acts as a thread pulling everything together. The only problem however, is that the Belgian and Stout flavors are only above average instead of great which causes them not to mix as well as one would have hoped. Had the flavors been more complex this really would have been something worth noting to me, but instead it simply did not hit on all notes.
