Bottle poured into a pint glass.
A: A hazy orange color with a head that disappeared extremely fast and literally no lacing at all. Not very impressive.
S: Extremely sweet with hints of ripe/rotten fruit: most notably banana. It smells very appetizing and pretty on par for a Tripel.
T: The taste seems to mimic the aroma pretty well. Banana is the main flavor profile I am getting here. I am also getting sweeter candy like runts (banana flavored ones obviously) and some mild bitterness to balance out the overwhelming sweetness. Not bad.
M: This beer feels relatively medium and body and quite smooth on the palate.
O: A solid beer from a brewery that I do not know much of. This is certainly not a knock your socks off revolutionary beer but it sure as hell isn't shabby either. Good stuff.
