A: Pours a lightly hazy orange color. The head is medium sized, with a somewhat dense, creamy texture. Retention is good, and some decent lacing sticks to the glass.
S: Light maltiness in the nose, with faint whiffs of caramel sweetness. Hop aromas are fruity, citric, and floral. Lemon and grapefruit are most prominent. Some interesting resiny notes are also detectable.
T: Some modest maltiness up front. Mild caramel sweetness. Hop bitterness is strong, with big citric, floral, and resiny flavors. The finish carries some lasting lemony, grapefruit-pithy flavor.
M: On the thin side of medium. Carbonation is average, with some prickly quality. The finish grows increasingly dry, though with an odd thinness. I would have preferred a touch more body throughout.
O: This is a fine IPA. I like the hop bill well enough, both in aroma and flavor. The malts are a bit too blank (or thin) of a canvas for me to really dig in and enjoy this more.
