A clear amber-copper color this IPA displays modest white coverage on top with decent striations of lace in retreat. The nostrils encounter a skunky lemon bread. A very nice blend of yeast and hop, sort of a pilsner-IPA idea. The taste buds enjoy a much more hop heavy citrus with a sharp bite that is followed by the skunky bread theme as you finish. This is nearly light bodied with a pretty aggressive carbonation that delivers a crisp, refreshing feel. At times some lemon cake sweetness sneaks through but for the most part this is a bitter bread IPA. Definitely gets the job done and will keep your hop hunger satiated!

Had this on-tap at the Brick Store Pub. A bit disappointing- I was expecting more from this IPA. Pours a little hazy with a grainy head, but excellent lacing with well defined rings in the glass. More grain in the aroma as well as a dash of citrus. The taste is similar- very dry, quite grainy, quite grassy and floral with just a modicum of citrus. The mouthfeel is grainy and mouthcoating. I'd say this beer is flawed by an inefficient sparge- just too much grain here and it overwhelms everything else.
