Figured I'd review this after having samples this weekend and last weekend after last week's release.
A - Golden yellow with a nice frothy head, even though it was served in a 3.5 ounce plastic mouthwash cup.
S - Really nice citrus, grapefruit, pine. Awesome west coast smell. I really have no idea whatsoever what the other reviewer was talking about when they said it was more of an English IPA. There's no way in the world it has any resemblance to an English IPA whatsoever.
T - Really nice grapefruit, citrus, and pine to follow the nose. This is really delicious for a 5.9% IPA. This is going to be my sessionable IPA.
M - Nice carbonation. Smooth, but the carbonation is definitely present. No alcohol presence. Nice dry finish.
O - This is a really solid east coast interpretation of a WC IPA, and is one of my favorite single IPAs. I'd certainly seek this out when it is bottled next month. This really solidifies all of Weyerbacher's offerings. Other than Hops Infusion, all their offerings were very good. The only detriment to this beer is that it's relatively thin. At this ABV, I'm not surprised.

Had this on-tap at the Brick Store Pub. A bit disappointing- I was expecting more from this IPA. Pours a little hazy with a grainy head, but excellent lacing with well defined rings in the glass. More grain in the aroma as well as a dash of citrus. The taste is similar- very dry, quite grainy, quite grassy and floral with just a modicum of citrus. The mouthfeel is grainy and mouthcoating. I'd say this beer is flawed by an inefficient sparge- just too much grain here and it overwhelms everything else.
