Pours dark brown with a huge airy off-white foam that fades into just a ring.

A little bit of roastiness in the aroma and a ton of brett with some vinous notes.

I get a bit of roasted malts here, but if I were blindfolded would not guessed this was "black". Lots of brett, a bit of lemon. Really not a whole lot here.

Dry light to medium bodied with excessive carbonation. Combined with the lack of flavor, it's like seltzer.

Not really bad per se, just kind of...nothing. Little flavor, too much carbonation. I'll pass on seeking this one out again.

Thanks to Tom for sharing this rare tick. Served in a Half Acre taster glass.

A - Big tan foam settles to pretty much nothing at all. There's a partial thin collar initially, but then nada. Transparent dark amber-brown body.

S - Smells like a stout with brett. Fruity yeast notes, with some marshmallow, chocolate, and dark fruits from the malt bill. Light acetic and vinous note, but this is far more funky than sour.

T - The taste is very odd, as it's extremely bland. Somewhat like seltzer water, and super attenuated. Mostly musty brett and a hint of lemon. Not much stout, or really any flavor for that matter, left here at all.

M - Dry, medium body, with somewhat harsh carbonation. No alcohol, but unpleasantly zesty.

D - Not sure what they were going for here, but this tasted like an infected Irish stout or something along those lines. Low alcohol makes it a bit easier to take than some of Weyerbacher's other misses, but it's still not very enjoyable.

750ml into tulip. Thanks StormKing47!

A: Huge gusher! Had to mop up a great deal of this beer. Pours a near black cola color with a really fizzy short lived light tan head that faded into a thin collar. Some sediment was left floating around my glass.
S: Notes of lightly tart red fruits on the nose with dry barrel, and a hint of raspberry, caramel, and acid.
T: Mild acidic bite, dry woody finish, hint of caramel and chocolate, red fruits, berries, gritty oak tannins, andslight vanilla. Finish is quick and easy and the aftertaste contains flavors of cranberry, faint lemon, and faint roast.
M: Medium-thin body, smooth mouthfeel, dry with an acidic bite, low smooth fluffy carb.
O: Enjoyable and nothing really off putting or obviously wrong, but definitely not a wow beer. Good flavors, albeit a bit lack luster, but light and easy to drink. Thanks again, Josh!
