The tour takes about 15 minutes and is fairly basic. The tastings cover just about every beer available at the brewery.

The vibe is OK here. They had a good selection of their beers on tap, beers that I've never seen outside of the brewery, their constellation line in particular. I was pleasantly surprised.

Was a few years ago around Christmas time that I went. Didn't take the tour, just sampled at the bar. Cozy and friendly vibe, everyone there was extremely nice -- also probably helped that my friends I went with were regulars. Decent selection on hand, most notably I remember trying Hersey and Old Heathen for the first time, both of which were excellent. Made a nice little mix case of Merry Monks, Blithering Idiot (and a couple others I don't remember) to bring home to the fam for the winter holidays.

Best tour i've ever been on. Beer is awesome and staff is extremely knowledgable. Wish they had a brew pub though.

Fun place to hang out and sample. They'll give you six 2.5 oz samples per visit. Any beer in house is available and they are listed on big chalkboards on the wall; work the board left to right. Special release days (like for Pumpkin, Insanity, Quad) usually draw a big crowd; sometimes with a food truck in the lot. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will gladly answer questions or engage in general banter. Tours are offered Fri., Sat., and Sun. at select times. One note: they card everyone! (probably a liability thing and PALCB thing).

I have stopped in many times to either buy beer that was not available elsewhere or to create my own variety pack of beers. We can not buy only 6-packs in many places in Pennsylvania. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The tasting area is pretty basic, but inviting.

Decent set-up in what's basically a warehouse. I visited before they made all their upgrades, so things could be different now, but you basically walk in, there are tap lines right there where you can sample a good array of the beers, and sometimes they do bottle pours, depending on what's available (e.g. Rapture, when I was there). Merch, and mix-n-match cases. Good beer here, but it's also well-distributed, so basically, there's not much here you can't get anywhere else in PA.

visited the brewery to take the tour, taste some samples of the beers, and buy some fresh beer. went home with a mixed case, and they threw in a free pint glass. no frills, but that's all we expected.

This is one of my favorite breweries for several reason. First is that they do some beers I really enjoy. Second is that I can use their beers such as Blithering Idiot and Insanity to do both a vertical over 3-4 years and a side-by-side for each of those beers to do a comparision of a base beer with its Bourbon Barrel equivalent.

The tour was even interesting for my wife who likes normally to humor me but typically isn't much engaged by brewery tours. With everything on one level and of a manageable size its quite easy to follow the brewing process from raw ingredients to the multi-tap sampling of the end results.

And naturally there is also the opportunity to build a mixed case from their collection of beers in bottles so that you can take home the variety of beers you want from those currently on offer.

Strongly recommend this brewery and tour.
