served chilled from a 12 oz. bottle into a tulip, it pours a very hazy apricot color, leaving a 1/4" of edge layer with decent clingage to the glass.
Aroma is definitely of some bananas and cloves, accompanied by some slight hoppiness. Very spicy and fruity. I'm afraid that at a chilled temp, i am not getting so much aroma, but what I DO smell is great!
Sipping reveals a sweet fruity flavor, backed by some slight hop bitterness. I defintely taste the spice (cinnamon and cloves), and the finish is a nice malty wheat flavor that leaves me craving more! ME LIKEY!!!
Carbonation is rather sharp on the sip, but this full-bodied ale really gets nice and creamy. I could drink this a whole lot!!!
