12oz bottle poured into a Chimay glass. No freshness date on the bottle.
A - Hazy and golden with a big but quick to die white head.
S - Musty and sweet. Some spice and breadinessas well but overall a fairly weak aroma. What's there is very enticing though.
T/M - Smooth and sweet with flavors of apple, wheat and clove with a white pepper finish and alcohol warmth as it goes down. A very baseline Tripel.
D - Very nice. Not the greatest Tripel in the world but I would never turn this beer down.
