A very good and satisfying beer.
Pours a brilliantly clear straw color leaning perhaps to golden. A tall head was produced and was a bright white but faded rather quickly. carbonation was lean also.
Aroma was tart and spicy. Malts had pils aroma while the hops were spicy or peppery. Smelled nice but more sutle then bold in it's bouquet.
Taste was very quenching with sutle assertiveness. A solid malt profile with hops that are assertive and confident. Hops have a spicy flavor from noble hops on doubt.
Smooth on the palate and clean in nature finishes with a tart bitter finish.
A very well made beer thats true to style.

A-Yellow and honey-like color. Bubbles continually rise from the bottom to the surface keeping a small head.

S-Has a hint of honey.

T-The taste takes your mouth on a ride from bitterness to a smooth honey-like flavor.

M-Empty but fulfilling.

O-If you want a pilsner that has a decent flavor I would highly suggest this one.

A: Pours a clear golden color with rising bubbles to a bubbly white head. The head settles out quickly to a thin layer.
A: Clean pilsner malt, light biscuits, fresh grain husks, light vegetal notes and a spicy hop presence.
T: Light roasted malt, husky grains, flaky biscuits and some herbal and peppery hops round out this beer. Classic pilsner dry finish.
M: crisp carbonation and light body with a dry finish.
O: Great representation of the style. Can imagine my grandfather drinking beer like this back in his Homeland Germany. Goes down easy.

It is not a bad drink, but it is not what it claims to be. It tastes more like a pale ale than a pilsener. It is not a German pilsener, but more like a Sierra Nevada Pale. I like Stoudts products, but i do not like it when companies get so creative that they lose the intrinsic flavour of the type of beer they are wanting to produce.
