A- Deep gold/light amber. Slight haze with some floaties and a decent half finger head with good staying power.
S- Mostly a citrus hop aroma with some piney notes as well. Quite strong overall with a little light caramell in the background.
T- The malt comes through much more than the aroma would suggest. Grainy with a solid caramel component as well. The hops play only a flavor role the first couple sips, but with each sip the bitterness compounds to further check the afforementioned malt sweetness. The beer maintains a fair hop balance through the semi-dry finish.
M- Medium body with solid carbonation.
O- A very nice solid APA. This would certainly stand out more if everybody and thier mom didn't make one. Worth checking out if you're in the area, and doubly worth checking out if you're a fan of the style as well.
