Another big thanks to BA Whiterascal for hooking me up with this west coast local. I pulled the cap off this bomber and only noticed a tiny hissing sound and I proceeded to pour this into my DFH bubbled pint glass. I decided to go straight on and I was left with a crisp crackling two finger thick bone white head. When I hold it up to the light it appears to be a light straw/ faint gold color. Fairly clear and the light is trying to pass through, on the swirl the viscosity is medium and leaving tiny legs on the glass.
Loads of bright tangerines, citrus, pineapple, and lemons. The base seems to be very beady and have soft biscuit and wheat notes followed by white pepper. In the finish, very floral and earthy undertones with no heat alcohol.
Very thin and mild on the mouthfeel. Smell is better than the taste but still is very good. Noble earth hops are more present here, very easy drinking, light tangerines, and fresh baked croissants. Very smooth and could not even get a drop of the alcohol. Again, some floral notes and fresh cut grass with light hay.

Pours clear-ish gold with pure white creamy head of about 2 fingers that slowly dissipates and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is tropical fruit, pine, and something spicy that I'm not sure of. Taste is not fruity at all, bitter, spice in the nose turns out to be oniony kind of thing that finally gets piney for a split second, then sweetens up with some malt at the end. Has a lingering bitterness that is enjoyable. Mouthfeel is just ok. Overall, being my first Alesmith beer, I'm a little disappointed.
