No date that I can see, couple months old.
A: Pours a clear golden amberish color. Large, very effervescent and fizzy offwhite head. Head fizzes away pretty quickly, leaving only moderate lacing behind. Good retention, however.
S: Very nice fruity aroma. Citrusy with banana and hints of melon. Some cloves and spices. Very sweet.
T: Lots of sweet citrus up front with grapes. Like a candied fruit flavor. Sharp cloves in the middle with some indistinct spices. A bit of sharp, fruity alcohol in the finish and in the lingering aftertaste.
M: Surprisingly not that heavy for 11%. Higher carbonation lightens it up I think.
O: Big, big sweet BSPA. Heavy on the sweet fruits. Belgian yeast character leaves a little to be desired, this is definitely a very "american" style BSPA. Which honestly, I typically prefer. If you're looking for something a little more authentic a Duvel is probably more your speed.

This was deceptively strong.
It pours a clear golden color. There’s a light aroma with a bit of an estery aroma to it. I found it sweetly flavored with an orange blossom characteristic shining through. I had enjoyed it thoroughly, felt it afterwards!

On tap at the Blind Lady Alehouse on the 4th of July in San Diego.
Appearance: Excellent clarity in the amber body. Small but semi-durable white head. Head leaves some sticky streaks and spots on the glass.
Aroma: Sweet biscuits, yeast and faint tropical notes.
Flavor: Fruity, slightly tart, mildly bitter. Banana and clove evident, as is the higher ABV. Seemed to have a narrow tempeature range for optimal flavor and balance. Moderate complexity. Relatively good finish and aftertaste.
Feel: Light-medium body with medium+ carbonation. ABV mostly evident.
O: true Belgian style and quality.
