Served from bottle into chalice style glass

Appearance: Golden with 1 finger creamy white quickly dissipating head.
Smell: nice hoppy aroma
Taste: Can taste spices on front, buttery malt thoughout, very smooth and balances, hides 10% alcohol very well, very good beer.

A - pours a clear yellow with an ephemeral white head. No lace. Sparse bubbles.

S - butter, coriander, mild Belgian yeast (fruity/spicy), banana, faint bread, faint floral.

T - is like the aroma, but not as impressive and mediocre for the style.

M - medium body with low-medium carbonation. Oily texture. Low bitterness.

O - somewhat of a disappointment for a big fan of Belgians. Too buttery, doesn't showcase the yeast in the flavor as much as I want. Very boozy and smooth, so it isn't all bad, but I'm not impressed with this beer in the most important category: flavor.

Pours a clear yellow orange with a full white head. Looks to be a decent amount of carbonation.

Smell is sweet with a few bread like notes. Malt and yeast,. and a lemony citrus smell.

Starts out with citrus fruit, decent amount of spice as well. The coriander is very much present here. I can also detect the Belgian candy sugar, and it finishes with a hint of floral hops.

Active feel to this one, the carbonation gives it some life going down.

Overall a very nice take on a Belgian style. This is one of the most Belgian tasting beers I have had from a US brewer. It does tend towards the sweet side, but that is a minor complaint. A really nice beer, makes me want to try more from this brewery.
