Pours a golden color with a thin rim of white bubbles. Aroma of coriander and Belgianness. The first sip takes me back to the first time I had a big Belgian beer and my eyes were forever opened. Coriander, candi sugar, lots of fruity esters and phenols backed up by a creamy, slick mouthfeel and ever so slight touch of hops at the end. Delicious.

On tap at the tasting room.
A: Pours medium gold, with a frothy white head. Excellent retention, thick lacing, and pretty effervescent bubbles.
S: Subtle floral aromas, coriander in good balance, mild citrus aromas, and pale malt.
T: Sweetish malt and some fruity esters, which impart brightness and structure. Mouthwatering. Crisp yet somehow a little flabby. Coriander on the back end supports the flavors nicely and adds some complexity.
M: Medium body and medium-light carbonation. A little crispness.
T: Tasty, well executed example of the style. Goes down remarkably easily for the ABV: I would've guessed like 7%.

On tap at Blind Tiger in NYC.
Beer is golden in colour. No head.
Aroma consists of sweet bready malt, honey, yeast and apply. Quite floral.
Sweet bready malt in the nose as well, with light fruit (apple, melon), honey, spices and green grape.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. A bready feel.
Overall, a good BSPA. Not a standout but quite enjoyable.

A clouded light brass colored brew, with a white head that leaves some lacing, medium curtains.
Funky stable aromas, salt and mineral, alka-seltzer, yeast, peaches, pomegranates, grape-fruit and lime.
Starting sweet and fruity, peaches, orange marmalade, then salty licorice candy, bitter peel.
Medium carbonation, small foamy bubbles, oily and sticky, a smooth dryness.
A good, but demanding one. Hard strong cheese recommended.
