It comes in a 25 oz. champagne style bottle with a cap and a cork. The color is amber-brown. The head is slight and fades rather quickly. The smell is fruity and just a bit musky. At first it didn't grab me, but it warmed and really started to expand. Ripe fruit and hints of chocolate are present but it doesn't have any of the expected spiciness. However, you won't miss it. This beer has enough going on as it is. I'm looking at Alesmith and its lowest rated beer as of today is a 4.14. I don't know how they do it so consistently, but this is another winner.
