Poured from a 750ml bottle into a Piggly Wiggly tulip. 2013 vintage.
A - Pitch black (as it should be). Light mocha head leaves nice lacing.
S - Big coconut and vanilla, dark dried cherry, chocolate. A little booze
T - Follows nose. Big coconut and vanilla, but the dried cherry and blueberry comes thru nicely. As well as a dark chocolate note, especially on the finish. Not overly sweet, actually finishes pretty dry. Booze definitely present, but not overwhelming. Don't get really any coffee.
M - Big and chewy. Low carbonation, which fits this style. Really nice.
O - Big fan. My favorite of the Speedway variations that I have had so far. Had this on cask at Churchill's before, and the bottled version is everything I remember. Fantastic!
