A - Jet black body with a dark brown crema colored head. Speckling foam lacing as a result of the high abv.
S - Coffee, dark chocolate, roasted malts.
T - Big coffee flavors, massive bitterness that just goes on forever. One sip and you can taste the bitterness for minutes afterward and one exhale can still taste the coffee. Rich cacao. Amazing balance between alcohol, sweetness, bitterness and acidity.
M - Yeasty silkness. Fine carbonation. I would guess this is bottle conditioned. Far too viscous and thick.
D - This is just too heavy and rich. A 750 split 4 ways is good, but between two people, it is just too much.
