I boought this one at the Hulmeville Inn. Poured into a snifter. Pours opague black. Viscous light brown colored heading. So thick so lovely.
Smell has a heavy chocolate aroma quickly followed up and finished with a coffee aroma. Nice heavy roastiness all over the place.
Taste is simply exceptional. I am not a coffee lover but this would make me start drinking it.A nice sweet caramel sugarish touches down but is no match for the heavily roasted coffee beans.
Mouth is about a full bodied a beer can get. With the slickest and smoothest mouth you could possibly have. Great carbonation from such a higher ABV beer.
All around exceptional. I was a bit skeptic on a coffee stout but seeing it rated so high on here I had to try it. Good stuff.
