Pours a dark golden brown with a beautiful thick white 2 inch head.
Smell- super piney, hoppy, with sweet pineapple hint, and roasted malts.
Taste- tons of hops up front but it settles in with the sweet malt to balance this beer out. There roasted malts and pineapple come trough in the finish.
Overall- alesmith sets the standard in most of the beer styles and this one is no different.

Serving Type - 22oz bottle
Appearance - Golden tan, mellow yellow with a killer 3 inch thick, foamy head. Tons of sticky lacing.
Smell - Nice upfront citric, piney, grapefruit hops. Orange, some lemon, mild malt backbone. Sweet added sugars, along with some spices like coriander, lemon peel.
Taste - Right on par with aroma, big amounts of citric fruits featuring pine, grapefruit and orange. A bitter kick with some minor spices add a little zest behind tangerine and mango. A nice sugary note along with a caramel malt backbone.
Mouthfeel - Sweet tropical fruits along with some sugars coat the tongue. Palate gets more citric fruits, along with the caramel backbone. Aftertaste is minor bitter, tropical fruity.
Overall - Awesome. This should be a regular release. Really flavorful, nice amounts of hops and sweet sugars to create a nice smooth drink. Alcohol is hidden well and just adds to making this really pleasurable to drink.
