First of all a clarification: The name of the beer is the 6th letter of the Greek alphabet, which is the equivalent of "z" but doesn't look exactly like a "z" (I will submit a bottle / label photo for your convenience). "Z" is also the initial letter of the ancient Greek word for beer: "zythos".
Appearance: Yellow color, 1½ finger of white head that quickly subsides to half a finger; very few bubbles.
Smell: Some hops and grass notes.
Taste: Sufficiently bitter and hoppy; it doesn't let me down.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied; I can feel a nice kick of fizziness and a slightly oily texture.
Drinkability: Quite an interesting beer. Without being out of this world it certainly deserves being called a pils.

Bottle bought in Lidl whilst on holiday on Zakynthos .
Bottle. Golden amber. Thick dense head.
Sweet cereal smell. Slightly honeyfied.
Mild malt flavour. Quite a bitter finish.
Soft carbonation. Light to medium body.
Far better than your normal Greek eurolager.

L: Clear golden color, one and a half finger white head, superb lacing, loads of carbonation.
S: Malts, hops. Really nice.
T: Malty, slightly hoppy.
F: Light to medium bodied and highly drinkable.
O: Very good pilsner, probably the best in Greece. In reality, I know that this beer is actually superb because I had the rare chance to taste it fresh a few weeks ago, directly inside the brewery, and before the filtering process. The aroma and taste was amazing while the mouthfeel was out of this world. That was the best pilsner experience in my life. It’s how a pilsner SHOULD taste. But the manufacturing and delivery process is different for the regular consumer unfortunately. So having tasted the real thing and now reviewing the can from the supermarket is a completely different beer. It’s a shame but that’s how it is.

Deep blonde, clean appearance. Decent white foam, soft.
Light smell, cereals and a light grassy note.
More maltiness in the mouth, a bit biscuit. The hop is present.
Clean, decent, but a bit banal.
Drinkable, without any personality.

500 ml can enjoyed in the Samaria Gorge (GR) and 500 ml bottle in Santorini.
Undistinguished pils, but with no major flaws.
Aroma: reflects very light hop load for style.
Near medium body with medium-high carbonation.

Pale yellow pour, a bit of lacing, looks like the usual eurolager.
Some sweet bready malts in the smell, bit of distinctive grains, bit of hops too.
Syrupy sweet malts in the taste, grains, a tiny hint of honey. Hops are .. random, bring a decently clean bitterness, but bad funky grass messes things up.
Light, but sticky, way to big carbonation.
The whole "hellenic pilsener beer" and the minimalist label made me think this was gonna be something else, but it ended up being the usual disappointing European lager.
