On tap at the brewpub on 7/24/12
My intention was to review only the Big Red IPA but after my wife pointed out that the Raspberry Blonde Ale was made by dumping raspberry syrup into a pint glass and then pouring the regular Blonde Ale into the glass. I decided right there to tick-up the tasting flight by allowing only one line from my steno pad to each beer.
Irresponsibly-deserved Tick #4
Here are my notes from the regular Blonde Ale:
A) Yellow. No foam.
S) Weak aroma - adjuncts, grains, watery light fruit.
T/M) Tastes a little better with a tingly finish. Fizzy, rolling grains. Nippy carbonation.
Now, add freaking raspberry syrup to the glass. And now you have the Raspberry Ale. Get outta town chumps.
Serving type: on-tap
