Another original and unique beer that I have seen at the Rams in Chicagoland only. It was called an American Ale on the menu board but the beer tender was not sure of its true definition. After trying a taster I enjoyed it enough to take home a growler.
The Os stand for Oats and Oranges, and it is a good combination. The brew poured an unfiltered amber/orange color, with an almost non-existent head. The orange was slightly present on the scent but was most noticeable in the taste. But it was not like drinking a heavy fruit beer. It had enough of the malt and hop flavors to balance it out nicely.
I don't think you have to be a really big fruit beer fan to like this because it is not too overpowering and very drinkable.
