Reviewed from notes. Had on-tap at the brewery. Served in a nonic pint glass.
A: Hazy burnished gold, with fairly low visible carbonation and a half-finger of white head.
S: Not a big aroma here. Grapefruit-y citrus, toasted biscuit malts. Light vegetal hoppiness as well.
T: Bitter grapefruit pith, tinny alpha bitterness. A thin malt presence that adds almost no sweetness - like a quick-dissolving biscuit, if that were a thing. A light hop bitterness fades quickly after the swallow.
M: Light body. It's flatter than it should be, and a modest (as-listed) ABV is more noticeable than I would expect.
O: This really wasn't very good, and I feel like it needs to be reformulated. The malt bill needs revamped, and the hop profile is subpar. Even more dry-hopping with the same hop profile would have helped. I hope this was perhaps a bad batch, and that it was only a poor business decision made to serve it rather than dispose of it. There's no off-flavors or infection and wasn't completely undrinkable...that's what this has going for it.

On tap at the brewpub.
Pours deep amber with a slight haze, a with very good head and lacing.
Aroma: sweet citrus hops.
Flavor: Nice citrus=toned hops. Has a moderately bitter lingering aftertaste.
Feel: Near medium body with carbonation that could be a touch higher.

Single finger head with excellent lacing on a clear copper orange body. Candy sugar, citrus hops and caramel malt aroma. Flavor of citrus, herbal, grass and citrus hop with a nice caramel malt base. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Nice dry hopped beer.
