Pours a dark brown with reddish highlights and a big, tan head. Aroma is cocoa, roasty, a bit nutty and molasses.
Taste is sweet and malty, molasses and brown sugar, a bit spicy, roasty and cocoa. Nutty. Fantasrically complex and unconventional.
Finish is a bit dry. Fairly crisp carbonation, creamy and full bodied. Very unique take, delicious.

a. Nice brown color, cloudy, with 1.5 finger tan head. Disappears quickly into a trace skimming the top.
s. Spicier than expected - malt coriander, cinnamon
t. Coriander from the spice or the yeast, alcohol on the finish
m. For a 7% ABV it does not hide the alcohol well. Dry, alcohol finish hurts mouthfeel.
o. OK Beer - Coriander kills it for me, but if you like coriander, give this a try.
