Poured a clear golden body with wispy head and lace patches. Has this sour, almost veg like aroma for a second then disappears (thank goodness) and also some crisp citric hops and touches of sweetness. The beer tastes different than aroma as it has no real sour edge at all and is more of a light bodied beer that balances yeast, tropical fruit/sweet malt sweetness along with a crisp, lemony (slightly sour) hop and funky brett bite and then finishes crisp and sharp.

Too watery and a a weak flavor profile ruined this one for me. Had potential but left me wanting more.

I tried this on tap @Station Taproom, served chilled in a goblet.
The color is a light golden shade with thick hazed appearance and thin white head with lace that sticks and fine bead. The smell has a lot of brettanomyces odors-saturated with lots of brett aroma and slight hint of floral scent with a mild fruity accent. The feel has tangy and horsey funk with medium high carbonation with very dry finish and light body.
The flavor is very brett dominant -very dry with a slight spice and malt flavor with mild floral accent and subtle citrus type flavor with somewhat funky brett character which is pleasant with a husky malt and horsey dry quality in the finish. Overall this is very good as far as brett beers go -If you enjoy brett you will like this, it is a sessionable quality with light body since it is so dry with a funky refreshing aspect. I consider this a very good example of this style of beer, Well done Allagash!
